Hi, I'm Anabel, a fun, responsible, patient babysitter who loves spending time with kids. I have always loved babysitting, mainly inspired by my adoption into a very loving family. I find working with kids extremely rewarding. I spent my childhood growing up in North Vancouver and now live in West Vancouver, so I am most familiar with these areas. I am also a big animal lover, so I’m very pet-friendly! I also have a background in caring for pets as I used to be a dog walker, dog sitter, cat sitter and a pet owner myself. I have had three consistent babysitting jobs on and off since I was thirteen. I have experience babysitting up to three children at a time, with the youngest being four years old. My main interests and hobbies are art-related. I love cooking and baking, singing and songwriting, and all things craft-related, such as drawing, colouring, and painting. I enjoy incorporating these activities into my babysitting as they are engaging for kids and help learning. As a babysitter, my goal is always to create an environment that is fun, safe, and conducive to learning. I am available for work most days of the week. Please note that I am unwilling to relocate and don’t have a driver's license or car. I am looking for full-time or part-time work, as a babysitter or nanny. In my role, I am comfortable with light housekeeping, cooking, preparing meals for kids, doing children's laundry, ironing children's clothing, bathing, and dressing children. I am English-speaking and am hospitable to families of any nationality. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid, as well as the Babysitters Course twice.
