Hello! My name is Hayley, and I'm a knowledgeable care worker who loves kids! I am located in the Charleswood area with my own car which makes travel easy. I am currently in my fifth and final year at the University of Manitoba with a major in Psychology and minor in Family Social Sciences and will be graduating June 2025. I hope to apply to get my masters in school psychology in the near future. I have a passion for nurturing young minds and creating a safe, stimulating environment for children to grow and thrive. I am very comfortable with child care, creating craft's and activities for kids, making snacks and meals, and driving for outside the house activities. I am in the process of re-certifying my first-aid and CPR training and I am also able to provide a background check if requested. My past experience working with children includes being a party host for kids birthday parties and court monitor at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, where I organized games and activities aimed at encouraging participation and creating a fun atmosphere. In this position I supervised jumpers, monitored jumper safety and enforced safety rules. I worked at the University of Manitoba Mini-U Programs as an equipment leader where I assisted in playing games with the kids. I also have experience providing respite for my cousin who has cerebral palsy, as well as taking care of other young children in my family who I adore.
