During my time as a Summer Camp Counselor at Carleton University, I supervised and engaged twenty children aged 3 to 6 in daily creative and sports activities. This role required not only organizing and leading activities but also maintaining clear communication with guardians, ensuring they were updated on their child's well-being and progress, particularly in swimming lessons.
