If you are looking for a mature woman who is highly educated, and experienced in many methods of child-rearing including Waldorf Education, the REI method (Resources for Educating Infants) and Montessori, if you are searching for a part-time care-giver who will be fully attentive and even anticipatory of your child's needs, I may be that person. I come with the wealth of having had many experiences and learned skills in how to nurture heathy, happy, thoughtful, peace-loving children. I emphasize going outdoors everyday. My other strong interests include singing, finger plays, physical activity, cooking, telling and reading stories. I am bi-lingual having been raised in the USA with an English speaking father and French speaking mother and live-in grandmother (from Paris, France). If we were to be a good fit, respect for you and your child's routines and needs would be foremost in my mind.

Isabelle took care of my daughter three days a week from when my daughter was 1 1/2 until she was 2 1/2. If my family weren't moving to a different city, we would want her to care for our daughter forever. Isabelle thinks deeply about child development. She respects and delights in children. She has a calm demeanor and approaches our child with patience and provides the verbal explanations that our daughter really needs to feel empowered. I like that Isabelle embraces a healthy lifestyle that she models for our daughter. (She always wants to eat Isabelle's food.) Isabelle is always very active and engaging with our daughter. I really don't think I've met a kinder person. When we tell our daughter that tomorrow she is going on an adventure with Isabelle, she is happy and excited.
