Nanny in Montreal, Quebec

Hello! I am a young (22 y/o) practicing musician living in Montreal. Art, music, and creativity are very important to me and I love to make crafts, sing songs, and bake yummy treats with children I care for! Supervising playtime in the park or elsewhere outdoors is also something that I love to do. I have babysat children since I was a teenager and worked as an Au Pair in Germany for one year (2013-20...). Being welcomed into the home of a loving modern family, learning their language and culture while sharing my own, and caring for a fun, kindhearted child was a life-changing experience for me. My responsibilities included: walking the family dog while the child (a four-year-old girl) was in Kindergarten; picking up the child on a bike and bringing her home or to the park; supervising playdates with her friends at home or at the park; cooking and baking, sometimes with the help of the child; doing fun crafts or playing games together; and helping the child with her bedtime routine and reading a good-night story. Other responsibilities also included some house-keeping, laundry, and errand running. I have my own bicycle and a car (I am a fully licensed driver), so I would be able to pick up your child or children and transport them to school or other activities as needed. Education: I completed two years of my Bachelor of Commerce at Dalhousie in Halifax, NS. I took this year off from school to relocate to Montreal, where I plan to return to school in the Fall. I am available full-time until the Fall; once I begin school again I will only be available part-time or for occasional babysitting.
