Nanny in Crossfield, Alberta

Hi! My name is Crystal and I'm a nanny located in Crossfield, Alberta. I'm looking for a family to work with on a part-time, live-out basis that would be open to me bringing my 3 month old along. I specialize in taking care of infants through teenagers and am qualified to work with a wide range of special needs. I have extensive experience as a caregiver in the US for individuals with cerebral palsy and autism spectrum disorders since 2010. I am also a trained behavior therapist and hold a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling, which has allowed me to work with children and adolescents with mental heath concerns as well. I am comfortable with housekeeping, meal-prep, and pet care as part of my duties. I'm reliable (will provide references!) and I take childcare seriously (aside from when I'm being silly with the kids!). I have a fairly flexible schedule and I'm willing to work with you to make sure your children are taken care of and their needs are met. I have completed CPR and First Aid training on multiple occasions over the years, but since moving to Canada, my certifications have lapsed. However, I am willing to recertify immediately if you are interested in hiring me for childcare. I'm happy to work with families of all shapes and sizes, and I'm always excited to meet new people. I am a new mom of a beautiful little boy born in May who I would ideally be bringing along. I have experience providing care for children of other families with my baby in tow, so I am confident in my ability to tend to your children as well as mine. I'm a friendly, outgoing person with a great sense of humour. I'm passionate about my job and I'm sure I'll be a great fit for your family. I'm charging $20 an hour and I'm open for negotiations.
