Hello 👋🏼 my name is Sophie. I am a kind and responsible childcarer as well as a graduate student at Simon Fraser University where I study and teach English (reading is my favourite thing to do). I live in East Vancouver where I have ample access to public transit. I do have a driver’s license, but do not own a car, however I still can get around metro Vancouver easily on the bus/train. I love to read, teach and talk about books, go for walks and practice yoga. I enjoy cooking cleaning, and caring for kids of all ages. I pride myself in my integrity, and the passion I put into all areas of my life. I can certainly offer some education in the study of literature and the English language as well. I have very open availability as my research position is only a few hours per week from home. I will be unavailable July 18-22 and unavailable August 2-11. Otherwise, I am open to trying different hours/setups. I am also fully vaccinated (x3).
