Hello! My name is Meghan, and I am looking to bring my past 5 years of experience of child care to your child's care. I am currently seeking full time hours (35 hours minimum, 40 maximum), and as a live out Nanny position. * Please take the time to read over my resume to see my previous education and work place experience in more detail. * EDUCATION: Certified Child & Youth Care Practioner (2018) B.A Psychology (2014) How will I benefit in the care of your child/children? - Experience working with a wide range of age groups over 5 years - Understand the importance of getting your child to play outside and engaging them in physical activities - Knowledge of creating fun and engaging games and techniques to teach life skills (e.g. cooking, cleaning), academics, and social/emotional skills - Experience working in a mental health setting with children, and in a school setting (where I worked with a wide range of vulnerable students such as those in a specialized behaviour intervention program, children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and children new to Canada. - Experience of being a Nanny - responsible for the care of a 2 year old and 5 year old.
