For the past two and a half years I have been working as a Child Care Assistant at a daycare with maximum capacity of 55 children. The ratio at our center is 1 Staff to 15 Children.The children range from ages 5-12. I am responsible for personal care, Kindergarten learning activities, healthy meal preparation, cleaning duties, implementing and planing activities and crafts.
