Nanny in Hantsport, Nova Scotia

Hi everyone! My name is Heather and I live in the Hantsport area. I am on the bus route for both LE Shaw and Hantsport school. I have an in home daycare that I made the decision to close when Covid came knocking. I'm now ready to open back up, safely. I have 20 plus years of experience and, I can honestly say, I've enjoyed them all. I have cared for all ages, from newborn to teenage. I am also the mother of a, now, 27 year old. I'm very flexible with a routine as I've never believed in structured play. I do believe, however, that kids should be allowed to be kids. To play and get dirty, that's why we have soap. To imagine and create. There is nothing better than a vivid imagination on a rainy day. And there is nothing more fun than allowing a child to help in the kitchen. To bake cookies with their own idea of ingredients. To bake a special cake together for an upcoming birthday. Endless options to grow and learn, and to expand our minds. Kids can bring toys from home or play with what is supplied. We can go for walks and play at the local park.
