Welcome to my profile, let me tell you a little about me! My name is Tammy and I have a passion for helping people, my whole purpose in life is to provide love, compassion, comfort, understanding & service to others. My goal is to show this in all aspects of my life from my career to my personal life. I love to work with children, teenagers, adults & the elderly with or without disabilities or special needs, and anyone in between. (I do have a super soft spot for children/teens with special needs though). I am able to provide personal/medical/behavioral care/assistance/support which can be provided in your home or even in the community after school (after 4:00pm), evenings, overnights & even weekends. This could include shopping, outings, medication administration, dinner prep, life skills, behavior assistance, caregiver breaks etc. Feel free to message me and let me know about your specific needs. I currently work for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board as a Special Needs, Education Assistant. I work directly with students who are struggling with behavioural and/or intellectual challenges. I also work part time with a beautiful organization here in Ottawa that provides 24/7 direct support to people with exceptionalities. I would like to expand on the support/service I am able to provide in my community.
