Nanny in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec

Hello. My name is Laura and I am 28 years old and I have just moved to the area of Saint Jean sur Richelieu. While in Halifax I worked for a non-profit organization called Easter Seals. While at Easter Seals I spent 4 years working alongside individuals with physical disabilities in a workplace setting. The end goal was to be able to provide community employment through the skills that the trainees gained while being in our program. My job title while being at Easter Seals was Client Services Instructor. I had many different responsibilities. I was the liaison between work and home, as well as social workers. I was responsible for goal setting and creating/implementing programming for the different programs areas we have. I absolutely LOVED my job at Easter Seals. It was a great place to go to every day, supporting the trainees as well as developing relationships with each and everyone of them; they quickly became and are now considered my second family. Growing up I always seemed to be working two jobs (if not in school and working a part time job). While at Easter Seals I was also working part time at a retail store.
