He’s a very active little guy and doesn’t stop (until he suddenly is exhausted, kinda like his parents!) He’s never happier than when he’s had an active day and has had his mind stimulated. He loves routine but also responds well to new environments and stimulation from time to time. We want someone who is going to be happy to encourage that energy and let him tire himself out by being outdoors as much as possible. It can be pretty tiring! He’s very co-ordinated and never stops challenging himself. It can be nerve-wracking to watch him climb and run. We want him to be safe of course, but we also don’t want to dampen that adventuresome spirit with our fear. No surprise we want him to start reading and understanding numbers and words. However, his concentration is a lot better if he interacts with a subject first in nature, or through colour, sound (he loves singing), touching, etc. Again no surprise we find his attention wanders a lot unless he’s had a chance to burn off some energy. He loves his screens, and although we think it has its place at certain times, but we want to keep it to a minimum and not rely on it. We are looking for someone who could do the following hours; - 5 days a week. Approximately 4-6 hours a day. Precise hours will be worked once we hear from you. - One weekend late evening.
