Nanny in North York, Ontario

My name is Danielle MacMillan, I grew up in an Italian-Canadian household and have been nannying since 2014. I’m happy to provide the emails of previous families whom I’ve nannied for as well as current families as well as a VSS (police back check). I am a professional opera singer (feel free to check out my website, just Google my name: Danielle MacMillan mezzo soprano). I have my BFA with honors in music from York University, and my ADV Diploma from The Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music. I’ve been a working singer for over 10 years and continue to fulfill operatic contracts locally and internationally. In between singing and teaching voice lessons to all-ages, I find a lot of joy in taking care of children and am available occasionally/part time or seasonal. I had the most amazing (second-mom) nanny growing up until I was 12 years old, and I learned a lot from her. I’m fully certified in first-aid and CPR through the Red Cross via Rural Rescue Training. I’ve provided care for newborns - ages 10 . I sing a lot of lullabies, love reading, going for walks, helping out with schoolwork, I can cook well and also clean like my nonna used to. I have my own vehicle, I just ask that you provide appropriate car seats if need be. My hourly rate is $25/hr cash or e-transfer.
