I have cared for children in many different capacities. I was an EA in a private Christian school for 3 years for a disabled child. My duties included helping with mobility as well as any daily tasks during school that he needed help with. I have been a foster parent for the last 3 years and have cared for different aged children during this time. I have had children from ages 1 day old to 11 years old. I am still fostering 2 school aged girls but in a more permanent situation. As well, I am a certified Personal Support Worker with a current CPR/First Aid Certificate for the last 10 years. With this position I have cared for children as well as the elderly.
