My name is Jen and I am a 37 year old mom of 2 school age childen. I have had a passion to care and mentor children since I was a child and started volunteering in various settings in my early teens. I have been working in the Childcare field for over 20 years and have had a license to practice since 2006 in which I obtained my Early Childhood License and in 2007 I graduated with honors from the Infant and Toddler program. I have worked in many different areas of childcare and with all different ages. I believe I learn more each role I take on and Love any challenges each job brings me. My passion for children has not lessened over the years. I Love working with not only the children but believe a relationship with the familes is just as important. I am a very fun and outgoing person who is always on the move with energy...perfect for children. However I am also a nurturer and love cuddles and building trust and bonds naturally I am a leader type person but do not believe in working as my own person and everyone else follows is right. I Love working as a team and value everyones thoughts, opinions, activities and so on. We all learn from each other. I have a ton of my own resources and Love to get outside at least once a day.
