Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello, I have recently acquired an IEC which allows me to live and work in Canada for up to 24 months. I will be arriving in Vancouver on the 10th of September and will be looking for work from then. My previous experience includes 2 years teaching Design and Technology (within the disciplines of engineering and electronics) in a secondary school (ages 11-18ish). I have also spent two summers working on a summer camp in New Hampshire where I was division leader of the pioneer girls (ages 6-8). Throughout my life I have also spent a large amount of time volunteering with youth groups and sports teams. I am have qualifications in gymnastics, tag football, cheerleading, outdoor activities. My personal interests are varied. I am an active person as I am sure you have gathered. I take real value in the advantages that sport and exercise brings, physically, socially and mentally. I am also passionate about art and design. I continue to practice my skills and spent a lot of time enjoying finding art and design in the everyday world! Food and nutrition is another area I am passionate in. Personally I love to cook but not as much as I love to eat! I believe its crucially important for us to understand what it is we are eating and where it comes from so we can fully appreciate the meal. I am looking for a family with children that are no younger that toddlers (I have no experience in that age group). I would be happy with either live in or live out as I have no accommodation prepared at this point. I do have a drivers licence but I haven't driven a car in a very long time (2010). I am also looking to see as much of Canada as possible in my 24 months here, so ideally i would only be looking for short term employment.
