We posted this a few years ago, but it seems relevant with the temperatures soaring.
Would you consider firing your nanny or babysitter because of a body odor issue?
Obviously, firing someone over this is the wrong thing to do. Instead, discuss it with your caregiver as there may be a good reason for it. Also, it's going to be embarrassing for them, so be kind.
