Last month, we touched on healthy eating habits with Heart and Stroke Foundation’s advocacy campaign to restrict marketing of unhealthy food/ drink to children. Our health and our children’s health starts with what we put in our body for fuel. As March is national nutrition month, we’d like to share some tips to develop healthy eating habits.

If you have a larger family, it can take time to educate yourself and others in your home. There are many food planning apps for smart phones and nutrition calculators easily accessible on the net.
