Who I Am: Hi there! My name is Charlea MacLean. I'm twenty three year old with a passion for children and education. I am looking to find a family to work with long term that values play and education in all forms. I have completed two years in a bachelor arts / education program. I have training in adaptive play and education based play to learn techniques. I have worked to help homeschool youth with developmental disability and have extensive experience with children who struggle with emotional regulation and expression. I have worked with babies, young children and teenagers alike. I always aim to provide an environment where children can learn by experience, grow their independence and expand their intellectual abilities. I value early literacy and encourage children to explore reading everyday!
