Reese came to stay with us in Australia as an au pair from October 2016 - February 2017. My two children were aged 13 and 3yo. My youngest daughter Ginger has a rare syndrome and thus has very high needs. Due to this, my husband and I are quite particular about who cares for Ginger and Reese certainly met these high standards. Reese was very quick to learn about the extra requirements Ginger needed with her food and general daily routine and communicated well when she was unsure of anything. She had a lovely gentle nature with Ginger and I was more than comfortable leaving Ginger in Reese's care. I was also unwell myself with a severe illness during this time and Reese's organizational skills helped enormously with the general running of the household. Reese was always punctual and keen to learn. I find these two qualities to be so important in an employee and yet hard to find. She has a very high work ethic and always did anything I asked of her without question. Outside of this, Reese also built a very strong relationship with my 13yo and became not only a friend but a great role model. Reese made such strong connections with my family during her time with us that we have kept in contact with her since she returned home to Canada. I highly recommend Reese to be your child's nanny.
