Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

You will become an important part of our family and be responsible for child-care of our 2 boys, age 4 and 1 and a half. The position is 8am-5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, starting in September and continuing long-term. Our home is in Marda Loop, SW Calgary. We are seeking a kind-hearted person who enjoys playing with children, spending lots of time outside,and making connections with other children and nannies in the neighborhood. The ideal applicant is imaginative, creative, and fun, with a knowledge of child development and ability to efficiently run the household, including preparing healthy meals, doing laundry, and leaving the house neat and tidy at the end of the day. Must-have Requirements • Current police check • Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a nanny for children under 5 • Cell-phone • Fluent in English, including reading and writing • Comfortable with animals, we have a dog and a cat Nice-to-haves • First aid/CPR certification • Early Childhood Education formal training What makes this position so great for you?
