Always around children, working with them and adore being with them. I've helped out with my nephews soccer team which has taught me to always stay calm and patient while dealing with children. Being a people person has always helped succeed at communication and doing the job correctly. I would love the chance to work with children everyday. This experience will also give me the opportunity to learn and grow which will be extremely rewarding. My ability to be patient with the children while observing their strengths and weaknesses in order for me to hopefully help them grow and learn new things as well. Being patient while frustrating events occur should help the situation become clear. Being vigilant while around children is very crucial at all times, because you as a parent leave your children in my care trusting me with their safety. It's my responsibility to ensure your children are safe as constant watch is on each activity performed. I'm very amiable and positive which provides children to interact with others in the same way. Children watch my actions very closely and are sensitive to the words that I speak, being aware of these issues will help the children create their own good habits. Also as a waitress and babysitter for so many years I got the chance to evaluate different persons actions and responses. The joy of being able to interact with such variety of personalities taught me to react differently to each individual.
