Nanny in Edmonton, Alberta

Hi. My name is Jessica. I am 24 years old and I have worked with kids most of my life. I have volunteered as a summer camp counselor for seven years, where I took care of the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the children in my care. I would have up to nine kids during the week, ranging in ages from 7 to 18. I was also the camp nanny for the director's children for a few weeks. They were 1.5 to 6 years old. I have also worked in many church nurseries, caring for infants and toddlers. A couple years ago, I helped out a friend with her baby, who I would take care of for around a week at a time. I have since worked for a family with twin preschool boys and a daughter, as well as for a family with three kids from newborn to age 5. I love to do crafts, painting, nature walks, cooking, and other activities with kids. I think it is so important that children develop their imagination and discover their identity outside of the media. I would love the opportunity to have a job that is meaningful and rewarding both ways. I have my CPR and First Aid and a Criminal Record Check.
