I have had the pleasure of working with the YMCA of Western Ontario; as an educator for 7 years, taking care of up to 16 children in one classroom. Duties included toileting routines, implementing and assisting with daily goals, program planning, observation and documentation, some administrative duties, preparation and delivery of meals, and lastly ensuring the well being and cultures of the children are being accounted for, and incorporated into each child's day. I am currently employed with the WRDSB as a full time ECE in a kindergarten classroom.
