Descended from a long line of schoolteachers, I have crafted my own extensive education with a view to inspire young children in the visual arts and Humanities. Through this pursuit, I have found multiple opportunities to work closely with a variety of imaginative, curious, and exceptional youths. Nothing could be more important than helping children realize their own potential. My education and experience have equipped me with the skills required to build meaningful relationships with children, providing them with a supportive environment that allows them to flourish educationally and socially. I am a recent graduate of the University of Toronto’s History of Art program, and I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Victoria. Including studies in Early Childhood Art Education and a minor in French language, my post-secondary education provided comprehensive artistic and pedagogical skills. What’s more, I have volunteered at Lochside Elementary School and am bilingual in English and French. I am devoted to encouraging children to pursue their own passions, and in doing so, allowing for the development of their confidence and personal conviction. Under my supervision, your child would have the benefit of a lively, dynamic, warm and engaging supportive experience.
