My name is Marie Karine Alexi but everyone calls me Alex. I am from the Philippines. I am 32 years old. I was born and raised in the province of Ilocos Sur which is located in the Northern part of the Philippines. Our province is known to be one of the 7 wonders here in the Philippines. Our hometown is famous for delicious sausages and deep fried crispy pork. I am a single mom. I have two sons and a daughter. My eldest son is 16 years old who is now in Junior High School. My daughter is 12 years old and she going to graduate in the Elementary School and soon go to Junior High School. They both are very creative and smart. My youngest son is 1 year old and 7 months. He is very smart just like his brother and sister and hoping for the best for all of my children. They take up most of my free time but some hobbies that I enjoy are cooking, baking, drawing pictures, reading books/magazines/articles from the internet, watching movies/TV series, playing games with my children on the mobile phone, play badminton, and surfing the internet. I can also play a musical instrument but not that good. I know how to play piano, guitar, and wooden flute. I lived in Ilocos Sur most of my life. I went to Saint Paul College High School Department. I took Nursing for two years in the University of Northern Philippines then shifted my course to Business Administration major in e-Commerce. I didn't get the chance to finish college because I had to work for my children's needs. I am really hoping to finish it soon once I save up enough money for my children and myself. I am the oldest of four. My little sister is a student at the same time working part-time as a dancer. My little brother is still studying while my other brother next to me is working as a medical representative. I am deeply passionate about our world. I have traveled to Bangladesh, Bahrain, Kish Island in Iran, Oman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Fujairah. I worked in Abu Dhabi for 2 years as a cashier and Sales Representative. Photography enthusiast - most of the pictures I post on my Facebook were all taken by me. I wanted to acquire the skill of becoming a Photographer but I didn't get the chance to. I am fascinated by Canada and would love to hear more about your country and culture. I am currently looking for a job to explore myself in a new country. I honestly want to live and work in Canada. One of my goals is to take my children with me in Canada so that they can have a better future. It is really hard for me to be the breadwinner of the family.
