I am a kind, caring, compassionate, and responsible young woman. I would provide the best learning experiences for your children, and be able to assist with other tasks as you need me to. I have taken Early Childhood Education, and have a college diploma, therefore I am able to provide a safe and healthy environment, learn about the development of the children, and provide play experiences to help them grow. My experience in working with children started when I was only 13, I volunteered at a childcare centre in my community until I was about 17. I also obtained my babysitters card as a young teenager. I had a high school co-op in a daycare centre, then I followed my interests and became an Early Childhood Educator through 2 years of college, and 3 placements with children between the ages of 1-6. I am currently a supply daycare provider at a centre in my area. You may wonder why I want to take on this opportunity? Well simply because I want to travel, and explore. I would like to do so by doing what I love and gaining experience in my profession. Taking care of children is more than a career to me, it's truly my passion. Some of my interests/hobbies include; playing hockey, being outdoors, travelling, reading, and swimming. My favourite hobby is definitely arts and crafts.
