Nanny in Edmonton, Alberta

Hello, my name is Rachel! I am 20 years old, and love reading, being outdoors, and being active! I am extremely passionate about children's learning and development, and have in the past worked in school systems as an EA for children with complex special needs, as well as two years of daycare and nanny experience. In my nannying and daycare experience I have cared for children ranging from ages newborn to 5 years, and my experience as an EA I worked with children ages 5-12. I have been certified as a Level 1 Early childhood educator, as well as completed first aid/cpr in the last 6 months. I have also completed a SIVA (supporting individuals through valued attachments) Certificate, and am proficient in AAC devices and Albertas FLIGHT curriculum. I am currently completing schooling for my Level 2 Childhood Educator. I have always loved children, and helping to nurture and feed their love of creativity and learning is something I pride myself in doing. As your child's caregiver, I will ensure a safe and loving environment while also helping to nurture their growing curiosity. I live in the spruce grove area, and would require a live out position. I have a drivers license and am more than happy to help with pick up/drop offs to activities and school if needed!
