Nanny Job in Airdrie, Alberta

Hello, We are in search of childcare for our 2yo boy. Mom is a Paramedic currently working full time (2 days 2 nights off for 4) Dad is currently working up North on rotation 2 weeks at camp 1 week home. At present Nanny (moms mom) lives with us intermittently as well. We are in search of someone who can assist with the childcare needs while Dad is at camp and Mom has to work. Right now our Son is in daycare but daycare hours are not shift work friendly, and we are exploring options. *At present job description* During the weekdays that Mom is on a dayshift childcare in the morning would consist of being here 5am (childcare provider is allowed to nap at this time!) until our little guy is up, feeding him breakfast and then bringing him to his daycare, and then picking him up 5pm from daycare and feeding him supper and hanging out until Mom gets home from work. During weekends that Mom is on a dayshift childcare would be 5am- until Mom gets home from work (again allowed to nap until our guy is up for the day). During days that Mom is on nightshift we are in need of care from 430pm until Mom is home in the morning- feeding supper and getting him ready for bed for the night. Childcare worker is allowed to sleep on nightshift!
