Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

In short: - We are looking for a kind and loving nanny (full-time or part-time) who likes to be active and outdoors; - What we value: kindness, tolerance, compassion, nature and health. - In addition to pay, we can offer our nanny her own 1BR apartment, if interested. - Time period: Now until end of August or September, but there is flexibility. - Hours: 4-7 hours a day (flexible) We are a friendly, peaceful, and open-minded family and are looking for someone who is compassionate, positive, as well as gentle and loving with kids. Nikolas (8) and Lina (7) are overall easy-going and cooperative kids, who play very well with each other. Lina is quite outgoing and social, while Nikolas is more sensitive and a little shy initially and takes a bit longer to warm up to new people. We like being outdoors and think it is important that our kids spent time outside on most days even when the weather is not perfect. As a family, we value kindness, tolerance, compassion, nature and health. Regarding work hours and duties, there is quite a bit of flexibility. At the minimum, we need our nanny to be available for 4 hours in the morning on most days. Duties would include child care during those hours and giving them lunch. If there is interest, we have a recently renovated basement apartment (with a private entrance, small kitchen, living room, 1BR and private laundry) that we would make available to our nanny. We live only a few steps from Withrow Park (Danforth/Greektown) and a short walk to Pape and Carlaw subway stations, so this is a very nice and convenient location. Prior childcare experience and references are required.
