Nanny in Scarborough, Ontario

Hi my name is Bek! I am 35 years old and am an Early Childhood Educator. I have experience working in both childcare settings and as a nanny. The most recent nanny family I was with was for five years. I have also experience as babysitter, overnight care, and respite work. As well I also have a great deal of experience with children and adults with varied abilities. I also have experience with multiples (twins). I am able to prepare meals for the children in my care as well as some light house work pertaining to the children (laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.) and am comfortable with animals. I encourage as much time outdoors as possible and avoid screen time. In the past I've enjoying implementing crafts, cooking and exploring the outdoors with past families I've worked with. I am comfortable in the water and in the past have participated in swimming lessons with the children I cared for. I also make sure to utilize Early Years Centre, Library programs, Toronto REC programs, and currently have a Science Centre and Zoo membership. I am currently looking for a full or part time position to start in January 2024. I am up to date with my COVID-19 booster and flu vaccine.
