Hi. I am Mari. 39years old. I am a teacher by profession in the Philippines and accumulated eight years teaching experience as pre-school and grade one teacher in my country. I worked In Hongkong as a domestic helper as my stepping stone coming here in Canada. My working experience in Hongkong includes child care from new born to two years old, 5 years old twins. My tasks include housekeeping, marketing, laundry and some are ironing and cooking.
I was sponsored through live -in caregiver program coming here in Canada in the year 2014. I My employers kids were had 5 and 3 yrs old of age that time. Household duties includes light cleaning, tidying up, laundry, meal preparation provided the recipe. Childcare duties include doing crafts, teaching them read and write, reading books, going to library, going to parks and sledding at winter season. I worked with for 2/12 years until I got my permanent residency status and they released me.

My present employer, which my last day of working with them will be on March 4(flexible) they have kids ages 5 and 3 yrs. old, they were 3 and 1year old when I started with them. Household duties include laundry, light house cleaning, tidying up, meal preparation provided the recipe. Childcare duties include baking, doing crafts, reading books, writing, coloring, painting, teaching them how to read and write, driving the kids to the the school, zoo, science center, recreational facilities, going to the library, parks, sledding at winter season. I usually plan out all the activities but because of this Covid, my employer would book us when we can go to the zoo. I can provide a reference letter for this wonderful family I Have work with.
