Hi there! I am Mylene Blanza, 30 years old, married, and a mother of 1. I am presently working as Domestic Helper here in Hong Kong for 2 years and 5 months now. In my first 2 year contract, I took care 2 primary graders. One is 6 years old and the other one 8 years old. And and at the present, I am taking care a lil cute baby who is now 8 months. Being in this job, i can say that it is not easy thus it is lots of fun and it is so fulfilling. way back on my first contract with 2 kids under my supervision and care, t'was very busy one. I was the one in-charged of everything;from preparing their meals, sending them to school and after school classes. I use to make a plan for their extra curricular activities and even a coach in some sports like; badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball , swimming and some in door games (I am a former Physical Education Teacher in the Philippines). Moreover, i also used to be their tutor in Math and English. And even give them a review before examination. I felt so happy seeing them excelling in different aspects. On the other hand, with this past 5 months with the baby i am with now,; i can say that it is also a busy and full of challenges because he needs a special attention due to his severe allergies. Unending patience and love is all i could promise to give until the time i am with him. With these experiences i had I learned that in order to give fully myself to take care kids; I need to be like a child. And try to enter into their world, know their ways, needs, wants capabilities, and help them build in them good values which they could help them cope this fast changing world.... the key for this is LOVE - unending love.....immeasurable love Thanks so much for the time reading this short intro about me.
