I am a mother of three ages 14, 11 and 7 years old. I am a hands-on mother and I dedicated my time for my children when they were little and I believe that that is my greatest experience in the world of caregiving the only difference is that I was never paid to do it. So I can say that I am an expert in this field. As for professional experience I am currently working as caregiver in a Day Care Center here in the Philippines. We work with children who have special needs and condition. Some of them have Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and some are also regular kids who go to our school for hands-on learning and tutoring. Here we take care of them like family. I assist them with their school activities, teach them proper hygiene and grooming, exercise and play, singing and dancing. I also do part-time jobs as a reliever-caregiver for Elderly people.I have worked with Priests and Brothers in a Elderly Home Care facility. I work closely with them and helped them in feeding, bathing, grooming, taking medication on-time and taking them for a walk. I also help in the kitchen preparing their meals, washing the dishes, and doing the household cleaning and doing the laundry. I also help in the therapy room to assist clients who are doing therapy.
