Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

We are looking for a reliable and kind nanny/housekeeper for our family/home in Kits to start asap. Hours are possibly a bit flexible ( we could maybe do a bit more or a bit less and also maybe change some of the days/hours) for the right person but approx 30-40 hrs/week negotiable. Or we could also consider 25-30 hours/week. The role would be at least 65% housekeeping/cleaning at this point, until our baby is a bit older when more childcare would be needed. We have three sweet natured little girls; the 5 year old is in full day school, 3 year old in part time school and a 10 month old smiley baby. Rarely would you have three all together and usually just one , sometimes 2 for short periods of time (either at home or to take them out to park/library/activities. Mum is in and out of house so needs to be someone that is happy working alongside as an awesome support and mama's helper. Our perfect match would have the following characteristics: kind, hardworking, loves playing with children, responsible, organized, punctual, a "can-do attitude" (happy to help out etc), is very happy cleaning, strong english.
