Nanny Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

We are a young, fun family with 3 girls and 1 boy. We are looking for a part-time nanny for 20ish hours a week on a flexible schedule. Scarlett is 8. She is in Grade 4. She has an amazing imagination and is an expressive storyteller. She wants to be a veterinarian one day and is extremely social. Scarlett is very task oriented and enjoys getting things done. Ophelia is 4 years old (almost 5). She loves people: any people! She's almost 5 and is in Kindergarten. She loves going to school and making friends. She is our left brained child, she loves art activities the most. Zoe is 3 years old. She's very loud and loves life, her laugh is so infectious! Zoe is in pre-school twice a week and went from scared to excited. Zoe is partly potty trained, we're still working on it. Henrik is 1 year old and is a happy little boy. He can play on his own but loves to play with others as well. He is really getting into books these days. Here's a bit about us, the parents! We live in East Kildonan. We are business owners, which keeps us really busy but also gives us some flexibility in our work schedule. We like to be active and are fairly health conscious. We involve our kids in all aspects of our lives, whether that's doing horse back riding with the 2 oldest, trying a new restaurant together, or popping into work and taking a couple along. We love experiencing new things with our kids and look forward to more travel and adventures with them. The position would include such things as; - have the kids do crafts and activities at the house (or nearby). We would help if all kids are involved in a larger activity. - plan the children's daily schedule in advance. - prepare food for the kids and update grocery list/instacart orders - buy any necessary craft supplies with money supplied (just let us know what you think they need) - keep the kids items neat and tidy as well as inventory items (ex: let us know about broken items or fix them the best you can. Let us know about clothes getting small, etc...) - laundry laundry laundry! There's always a load going it seems. We need help with this! - we will occasionally need a small amount of supper help needed. (ex: starting up the stove, taking things out to thaw.) We understand that certain people are suited to certain things and our family can be quite busy especially when all 4 are home.
