Hello to all my Prospective Employers, I'm Maria Playda,born March 07,1966,my phone no.778-847-....I arrived Canada, 11 August, 2011 under the Live-in Caregiver Program.During my contract and even now that I'm not in a contract anymore,I'm still working as a Nanny of ages 0-8 and a twin aged 1 month old.All throughout my experiences all my employers are fulltime working and so my main duties are to take care of the children,from preparing their foods,bathing,playing in and outside the house,reading them with books,light household chores and preparing food for cooking. Before I came Canada,I was working in Hong Kong as a Domestic Worker for a couple of years. Backed in my country Philippines,I graduated in Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and my experienced of working was a Cashier in one of the leading and prestigious Pharmacies in our country for more than 7 seven years. To described myself, I am an independent person who can manage work without the supervision of employer,trustworthy,worked with passion and dedication,,loyal and above all working with morale. Right this time I am looking for a job either for Child or Elderly-care since I had already experiences in working with Elderly patients in the their house,like having Dementia,Alzheimer's,pre-operative and an injured-bedridden patient. I do believe that having a good working relationship in a certain job with all the understanding,caring and consideration and trust each orther are the keys towards a harmonious living.
