Recommendations

Kelly G

Sydney is a Lifeguard / Swim Instructor at Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre. I have been her supervisor there for many years. Sydney has very high standards for herself and her skills. She takes her safety role very seriously and is committed to the highest level of lifeguard performance. Sydney often volunteers her time to participate in extra training and assists new staff members with upgrading their lifeguard and first aid skills. She is kind, funny, warm and easy to get along with as a co-worker or supervisor. She is a great team player and is the first to participate and make things fun/silly for the kids (ex. costumes or games for fun swims). I have no doubt that your children would be safe and have fun with Sydney. - Kelly Graham, Supervisor - Recreation, City of Victoria
