Nanny Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Job Description: My name is Juliette. I'm interviewing a full time (8:30-5:... days a week) nanny available in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I'm hoping to hire a caring, firm but fun person with live-out availability, but we would consider live-in with the right person as well. We have three children, boy, girl, boy, 10 and 4 years and 18 months respectively. Our oldest son has high-functioning autism (he's EXTREMELY verbal :), but has trouble with high stimulus environments and social situations). He occasionally needs to be picked up early from school, and he has trouble in the aftercare. This is one of the main reasons we are looking for a nanny. Services And Training: Our home would benefit from active floor play time, arts and crafts, music and dancing and nutritional meal preparation. We will need school pick-up and drop-off, just for the oldest at first, but the middle child will start half-day daycare next fall. We also need help with picking up around the house, keeping up with dishes and laundry and other light housework. The top candidate would have previous experience however this is not necessary to be hired. Additional Availability: We have flexibility if you do. We are both research professors full time, with frequent travel, which is another reason we are looking for a nanny. As our projects ramp up, however, dealing with sick kids and the oldest one's struggles are getting to be too much, but we also have fairly flexible schedules. For example, if you were taking occasional classes or something, it may be possible for us to watch the kids while you attend (depending on our teaching schedules).
