Nanny Job in Delta, British Columbia

We are in search of a full-time (monday to friday) Nanny for 3 fantastic girls. Their ages are 9 months, 2.5 years and 4.5 years. The 4.5 year old is in pre-school and only needs to be picked-up at 2pm. There would be other activities (swimming, gymnastics, etc) for the kids that would require driving as needed as well (we will provide car seats and cover the gas for driving). We are looking for someone that enjoys working with kids and would provide loving care and engaged days balanced with effective routines to ensure the kids needs are being met but still raised to be well mannered. Preparing meals for the children and maintaining a tidy home (only light housekeeping and maintenance of the day and care of girls required). The position is for full-time Monday to Friday during the work day. We have some flexibility with start and end times, so can discuss. In addition to this full-time commitment, there may be additional times in the evening or weekend that we would request for care. On occasion the girls' grandparents may come by during the day to spend time with the girls are well, therefore during those times, you would still be the primary person responsible but of course the grandparents would be playing/engaging with the girls allowing you to have a break. What are they looking for in a Nanny? *Someone responsible, caring and firm but kind *Fun, happy and cheerful personality *You are genuinely interested in forming a great relationship with the children *Proactive to do what's best for the kids when taking care of them *Encourages independence and will assist in raising respectful, confident little girls The perfect Nanny: -Is 19 years or older -Class 5 Driver's License -Has a clear Criminal Record (will require to provide a criminal record check) -Has excellent references (your references will be checked) -Is Legally authorized to work in Canada - we are willing to sponsor if you are already in Canada. We will offer: - 40 hours/ week starting @ $12.65/hour. - Wages per hour are negotiable and based on experience. - Would want this to be a long term commitment - Reference for your future employment
