Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Looking for a full or part time nanny / educator in the Beaches, 3-5 days per week, with flexibility on the hours and days you would work offered. We are a family of 4 with two boys, almost 7 and 4 years old. With both parents working full time and schools going virtual, we are looking for someone to care for and engage with the boys 3-5 days per week. This would include supporting our 7yo with virtual school, playing with and supporting the self led learning of both kids, and supporting them in their daily routines. Once school is back in effect, we are likely to keep the 4yo home for longer period so would be caring for him and helping with the after school pick up (a short walk from our house). We are an easy-going family and we want the kids to be with someone warm and energetic who engages with them in child-led play, spends time outdoors, nurtures their independence, and can hold limits respectfully without using rewards or punitive measures. Finding the right fit for our family and for anyone we work with is important for us, we want you to feel at home, for it to work with your aspirations, and for us all to be able to connect and communicate well. Both parents are vaccinated and boosted and we are a covid cautious household so would be looking for someone who is vaccinated and willing to wear a mask as appropriate.
