I have had years of childcare experience as well as working at a local overnight childrens camp. I would be responsible for the well being of 20 children at a given time. This would go right from waking up and preparing them for the day, breakfast and then daily activities to keep busy and then preparing for bed as well as overnight care. Currently caring for a 1.5 year old and two 8 year old girls and do the same for them. As well as try to do 1-2 outings a week to keep them from getting bored at home.
