Dear Parent Thanks for taking the time to look at my profile. As a parent myself, I know how big a decision it is to invite someone into your home to take care of your child. A Little About Me Experienced with Child Care: I have a four year, and I have my own family daycare. I have spent many hours caring for my niece and nephew (now 9 and 11) from the time they were toddlers. Responsible: Before I left the corporate world I worked as a Human Resources Manager. Graduate Secretary: Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, UBC, June 2007 to February 2009 • Advising 60 international and graduate students, and was responsible for day to day running of the program • Organised a fellowship training session for Biochemistry students in response to a lack of knowledge, this led to a 20% increase in graduate scholarship applications. • Championed streamlining department’s comprehensive exam regulations and rewrote the exam booklet once changes were approved.
