Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Full-time Nanny (Live-in or Live-out) – Private Home Hello, We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our 1-year-old son starting in January 2017. We are a young family with 2 cats located in the Toronto Beaches area. We are looking for someone who has 2 years experience with caring for a very active toddler and who LOVES children. The care and safety of our child is top priority and we would like someone who is dedicated, responsible, attentive, fun and engaging. Duties include: • Supervise and care for child at our home • Prepare nutritious meals and feed child • Bathe, dress and change diapers • Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development • Tend to the emotional well-being of child • Discipline child according to our methods • Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to park • Maintain a healthy environment in the home • Plan and prepare dinner for family and perform other light housekeeping duties Employment requirements: • Completion of highschool/secondary school • Completion of a training program in child care or 2 years of experience • Must be fluent in English • First aid certification and CPR training • References and police check required upon successful consideration Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
