Nanny in Burlington, Ontario

My name is Sharon I am new to Burlington, I do have a full time day job so I am looking for a part time Nanny job during weekday evenings 2-5 times a week. Anytime after 4:30 I am available. I am experienced, I have worked as a nanny for 2 different clients, the first one with 3 kids usually every weekend for about a year and the second with two kids part time everyday for 6 months while also having a full time job. I do have references upon request. I would describe me as fun, loving, positive, trustworthy and responsible. I do have my own transportation and First Aid Training. My duties as a nanny included: Creating a positive, nurturing and safe environment for the children Supervise the children’s activities at all times Plan and prepare meals and bottles for the children Dress the children Place the children down for bed time Bathe the children Change diapers Potty train Helping with homework Cooking meals Teach the children good social manners Play with the children, both indoors and outdoors Reading with the children Discipline the children, when necessary Picking up children after School Administer medicine to the children Additional Information: I have had much experience working with children. I starting babysitting at 12 years old and in high school I worked in a co-op day care program. Since then I had worked for York Professional Care and Education in Aurora, (Head office for all day cares in York Region) as well has helped out in one of their before and after school programs in Aurora. In the mean time I do continue to help out friends and co-workers with their children when in need.
