Nanny in Truro, Nova Scotia

My name is Michelle. I am 21 years old, and only left my previous position because my car is not currently on the road. I plan to purchase another vehicle shortly. My former employers were not happy to see me go; and I honestly wouldn't have if I still had my car. I can give personal references, as well as references from them. I have a squeaky clean record; not so much as a parking ticket! I am responsible, hard-working, caring, and mature. I was a full-time nanny and housekeeper to a family with a 3 1/2 year old boy from September 2011 until October 2012. While employed with this family, I watched him from 7:30AM to 6:30PM, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; with housekeeping reserved for Wednesdays (while he was not in school). Once he started attending Kindergarten (September 2012), I maintained the 7:30-6:30 schedule Monday-Friday. My housekeeping was then done while he was at school on Wednesdays. My duties included (at any time during my employment): making the beds, feeding/medicating/walking their dog, wash,dry,fold laundry, preparing meals (school lunches in advance, preparing dinner, etc.), accepting/Signing for packages, supervising workmen (Roofer, Piano Tuner, etc.), watering plants in and around the house, loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, wet swiffer (hardwood & tile floors), ironing a few shirts on occasion, among others. During my employment I fulfilled every routine duty that she could not maintain due to her demanding career; as well as a once weekly house cleaning. Before my nanny position, I babysat children as young as 8 months old, to as old as 9 years. The most children I have watched simultaneously is 3; an 8 month old, a 19 month old, and a 9 year old.
