My name is Diane and I have 13 years experience working with children in various settings. I have worked in a daycare centre, run my own home daycare, as well as worked in both Nanny and ABA behaviour therapist positions with neurodiverse children. I have learned how to manage behaviours and many different situations while supporting growth and development. I enjoy getting to know the families I work with; I find this setting to be much more personal and providing individualized care and education. Since I was young I have had a passion for working with children. I have grown up taking care of children in my family. I have worked with children for so many years now that I couldn't imagine wanting to do anything else. It is so rewarding to help a child learn and grow. I find it rewarding to know that I am providing quality childcare so parents minds can rest at ease knowing their children are safe and happy all while learning.
