Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

Hello! We are looking for a full-time live out nanny (up to 45 hours per week) for our son (7 years old) and daughter (4 years old). We live in Elbow Park (Calgary SW), and require a nanny to care for our children in our home. PLEASE NOTE, one of our children has been diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder), and so experience in this area is an asset. Light housekeeping duties would also be required (while the children are at school / preschool). Hourly wage would be $14.00 to $16.00 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Transportation/Travel Information Public transportation is available Additional Skills Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Children's Ages 4 and 7 Specific Skills Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Supervise and care for children, Tend to emotional well-being of children, Take children to and from school and to appointments, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Prepare infants and children for rest periods Weight Handling Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) Work Location Information Work in employer's/client's home, Urban area Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.) First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience Experience an asset Languages English 1) Speak English; 2) Have recent CPR and First Aid Training; 3) Have a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check; and 4) Be patient, kind, and caring.
