Nanny Job in Baden, Ontario

Full Time Caregiver/Nanny required. We are a family living in Baden, ON (about 20 minutes outside of Waterloo, ON). We have a 5 year old boy, and 2 year old daughter. Our son is in school full days, Mon-Fri. Our daughter is home full-time. We need a nanny who is passionate about her work and is high energy! Duties include: - teaching and role modelling - meeting the children\'s daily needs, as per their schedule (meals, dressing, outings, cleanliness, organized play-time, naps, etc) - preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children - taking children to their local planned activities and play dates - organizing crafts and games to occupy the children - assuming full responsibility for the household, if the parents are away In addition to childcare, we will need our nanny to perform light housework and laundry - but only when the children do not require your attention (ex. during nap time). We have a large dog. Both parents work outside the home, with full time careers. As such, we require a nanny who can make sound decisions and maintain the highest level of safety for the children at all times. We require a nanny who has at least grade 12 equivalent to Canadian, education. We require a nanny who has at least 1 full year, 8 hours per day experience with children 5 and below. Your rate of pay will be $11.25 gross per hour. There is no public transit in Baden (i.e. no buses come in or out of the town), so you will need your own transportation to get to and from our home. Live-In option available, if the nanny likes, and there will be no room and board deduction. Your hours will be between 40, 44 or 48 hours per week. You will have 2 days off per week - Saturday and Sunday.
